Dear Westover Hills Elementary School Community,

I am thrilled to welcome you to a new school year at Westover Hills Elementary! It is an honor to begin this journey with you and your children as we continue to grow, learn, and thrive together.

This year, our theme is Belong, Believe, Become. At the heart of this theme is our commitment to ensuring that every student feels a true sense of belonging, believes in their own abilities and potential, and is empowered to become their very best self—both in and out of the classroom.

At Westover Hills, we remain dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. With the support of our passionate teachers, dedicated staff, and engaged families, I am confident this school year will be filled with meaningful learning and memorable experiences.

Our Four Houses, One Family system continues to be a pillar of our school culture, building connections and community among students across grade levels. Through collaboration and shared experiences, we celebrate one another and grow stronger together.

Welcome back, Westover Hills Elementary!  It's such a pleasure to be a part of this amazing family for another school year!  I'm incredibly excited to continue our work together as we embrace our new school theme:  Belong, Believe, Become.  

I am committed to cultivating an environment where every student, staff member, and family feels a true sense of belonging.  We will continue building a welcoming and inclusive space and culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.  Through this, we will empower our students, staff, and community to truly believe in the work we do every day.

I am, and will always be, a huge champion for growth mindset.  I know every single student can achieve incredible things with hard work and determination.  My goal is to ensure that all of our beavers have the support and resources they need to learn from challenges and grow every single day.  I can't wait to see them become the best versions of themselves, both in and out of the classroom.

I am looking forward to another wonderful year of learning, growing, and building an even stronger community with all of you!
