Literacy

The Richmond Public Library has nine branches throughout the city.  The library offers free classes, events, public use computers, free wifi, and much more.  Research databases, ebooks, and audiobooks are available as well.  Library users can apply online for an ecard for accessing databases, ebooks, and audiobooks.
